Shipping Details
We are very proud of the fact that all of our products are handmade to perfection one order at a time. Due to that fact, and the custom nature of each and every different order, we do not keep inventory of our furniture. This may cause longer production delays in peak season. Our highly sought after high-quality is what makes us unique and different to any other manufacturer of Adirondack furniture. We guarantee your satisfaction and know that you will be very happy with our products which will last generations. Please allow up to 6-10 weeks for production. We will do our very best to meet your schedule, although we will not sacrifice quality for expediency. To inquire about expediting your order, please call us at 1-800-418-1433, or email us at sales@dfcwoodworks.com.

Once your order has shipped the delivery time will depend on the proximity to our warehouse. For example Ontario and North East US States is 1 to 2 days, Mid west states 2 to 3 days and west coast is 5 to 7 days. 

*International Shipping* - A shipping quote will be generated and sent separately from your order. Processing of your transaction will be done pending your approval of the revised total. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to be generated.

A revised invoice will be sent to you for your records within 24 hours. We do appreciate it very much and we look forward to building you your new handcrafted Adirondack patio furniture!

For large orders, we can find a suitable shipping company for you or you may choose your own. We do not accept COD. All orders must be prepaid before leaving our warehouse.

Each product is hand crafted and we offer the only 100% refund return policy if not completely thrilled with your order for any reason, we even pay the return freight so you have nothing to lose... all other companies charge you the return freight charges and a restocking fee so you never get a full refund. Read the fine print - no one can compete with our quality which makes our products well worth the wait



Currency of Orders

US orders are in US currency
Canadian orders are in Canadian currency. Canadian prices do not include taxes which will be added to your final order total (13% HST for Ontario, 12% HST for British Colombia, 15% HST for the Maritimes and 5% GST for all the other provinces).

All international orders are payable in Canadian Currency and additional shipping charges will apply (a confirmation of shipping charges will be sent via phone or email for approval before the order is processed) European and Australian orders may be given the choice to buy our products from our local dealers there. Please see our contact us page for details about our France and Australian dealers.

Confirmation

It is our policy to provide a confirmation email with 48 hours of receiving your order (technology permitting). Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking numbers will be sent to you by email or if you request it, by phone.
